Le choc pourrait \u00eatre significatif pour certains m\u00e9nages canadiens, a pr\u00e9venu cette semaine l\u2019agence de cr\u00e9dit DBRS. Cela pourrait avoir un effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement sur le march\u00e9 immobilier, les d\u00e9penses de consommation et l\u2019\u00e9conomie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Le choc sera d\u2019autant plus grand que les m\u00e9nages ont rarement v\u00e9cu ce genre de situation.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 22\u00a0ans, il n\u2019y a eu que six petits mois o\u00f9 les gens ont renouvel\u00e9 \u00e0 un taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Et encore, la pire hausse, qui remonte \u00e0 ao\u00fbt 2007, \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50\u00a0points cent\u00e9simaux (100\u00a0points\u00a0=\u00a01\u00a0%). Pas la mer \u00e0 boire.<\/p>\n<div id=\"fsk_splitbox_3331_onscreen\" class=\"fsk_splitbox_3331_onscreen\"><\/div>\n<p>Au contraire, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la baisse quasi ininterrompue des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat depuis trois d\u00e9cennies, les m\u00e9nages sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 avoir une bouff\u00e9e d\u2019air frais chaque fois qu\u2019ils renouvellent leur pr\u00eat. \u00c0 certaines p\u00e9riodes b\u00e9nies, les emprunteurs ont pu r\u00e9duire leur taux de plus de 300\u00a0points lors de leur renouvellement. Des milliers de dollars d\u2019\u00e9conomies par an\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><a
