Vous avez jusqu&#8217;au 10 juin 2016 pour le faire.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.laval.ca\/Pages\/Fr\/Citoyens\/un-enfant-un-arbre.aspx\"><strong>Remplissez\u00a0le formulaire en ligne &gt;<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La Ville de Laval place l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement d&#8217;espaces verts au c\u0153ur de ses priorit\u00e9s. Le programme Un enfant, un arbre illustre bien ce d\u00e9sir de faire de notre une ville un endroit sain, o\u00f9 il fait bon vivre. Nous soulignons ainsi cet heureux \u00e9v\u00e9nement qu&#8217;est la naissance ou l&#8217;adoption d&#8217;un enfant tout en contribuant \u00e0 embellir notre ville et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un impact positif sur la sant\u00e9 des citoyens. Un cadeau pour les Lavallois et pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le maire de Laval Marc\u00a0Demers.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre admissible \u00e0 ce programme, il faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\u00eatre citoyen lavallois<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>avoir donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 un enfant ou en avoir adopt\u00e9 un entre juin 2015 et le 1<sup>er<\/sup> juin 2016<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>pr\u00e9senter une preuve de naissance et de r\u00e9sidence (extrait de naissance, carte d&#8217;assurance maladie ou autre attestation) lors de la remise de l&#8217;arbre<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\"><strong>L&#8217;inscription est obligatoire<\/strong><\/span> et il faut faire vite puisque les quantit\u00e9s sont limit\u00e9es.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.laval.ca\/Pages\/Fr\/Citoyens\/un-enfant-un-arbre.aspx\">Remplissez\u00a0le formulaire en ligne<\/a>\u00a0et retournez-le\u00a0par courriel ou, encore,\u00a0t\u00e9l\u00e9phonez\u00a0\u00e0 madame Sarah Jourdain au 450\u00a0978-6888, poste 5249.<\/p>\n<p>La remise des arbres aura lieu le dimanche 12 juin 2016\u00a0\u00e0 l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.laval.ca\/lieux\/Pages\/Fr\/hotel-de-ville.aspx\">h\u00f4tel de ville<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Une naissance, un livre<\/h2>\n<p>De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les Biblioth\u00e8ques de Laval proposent aux parents d&#8217;abonner leur nouveau-n\u00e9 \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que, par le biais du programme Une naissance, un livre.
