Pire: seulement 41 % des syndicats de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 constatent cette situation!<\/p>\n<p>Et comment un manque de fonds est-il combl\u00e9 quand surviennent des travaux urgents? Par une cotisation sp\u00e9ciale unique chez 61 % des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s. Ce qui est souvent dramatique pour des centaines de copropri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, pas le choix: il faut adopter le mode \u00aburgence\u00bb, car l\u2019assureur menace parfois de retirer sa couverture. Ou le toit coule.
