Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les taux hypoth\u00e9caires variables seraient r\u00e9vis\u00e9s \u00e0 la baisse. Hier, la banque centrale a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de maintenir son principal taux \u00e0 0,5%.
